A 12-week group programme for senior leaders navigating organisational transformation, growth, or reinvention.

Most leadership programmes focus on skills. This one focuses on identity. They are the ones willing to reckon with who they have been, let go of what no longer serves, and lead from a clearer, more grounded place.

Leading Through the Cut is built for cohorts of 8 to 12 senior leaders. Over six facilitated sessions across 12 weeks, we work through a structured arc: from naming the gap between current leadership identity and what the moment requires, through the hard middle where old patterns surface and get challenged, to building the clarity, conviction, and practical capability to lead differently.

This programme is available in three formats: open cohort (face-to-face), virtual open cohort, and corporate in-house delivery for leadership teams navigating shared transformation.
