Delivering keynotes that change the way people think about their leadership and their personal power.
Creating events that bring people together to talk about what matters most in life and leaderships and that form transformational connections that last the distance.
Keynotes
I specialise in the power of joyful and purposeful leadership. I deliver engaging keynotes that shift the way your teams think and operate. I bring depth, humour, and authenticity to your events and inspire change and action.
Some of the keynotes I deliver:
- The power of personal purpose and power in elevating leadership
- The link between happiness, wellness and leadership high performance
- How to dial up your company’s ‘buzz’ and improve profitability
Networking Events
As an executive, I neglected my network for years because I was exhausted and on autopilot, working, travelling, and caring for my family. Once I set out on my own, I felt the need to create events for other executive woman because connection and sharing was what I’d missed. Something special happens when women come together to share ideas and challenges and support one another personally and professionally.
Calexico Connects X Naomi White – October 2021
In October 2021, I hosted an exclusive networking event for my network, with Nicky Charman at her Calexico boutique in Brisbane. The theme of this event was joy because it had been another tough year, and we both knew the power of bringing women together to reset. We knew that when women feel joyful they are better leaders, they deliver better results, and they are able to propel themselves forward both professionally and personally. We brought together over forty businesswomen for a private fashion parade with champagne and seafood, whilst discussing business growth strategies in a global pandemic.
The Power Lunch
The Power Lunch started during Covid in early 2020 as a monthly Zoom lunch with carefully curated small groups of senior women from around Australia and the globe. It focused on bringing together people from different industries who may not normally meet, creating an intimate setting for an authentic talk about work and life. I called it The Power Lunch—the power of connections and conversation.
Conferences
What a difference a couple of years makes! In 2021 I chaired the HRD Australia HR Summit Brisbane – virtually.
I was honoured to be asked back for a second time after Chairing the last conference in 2019, to lead and facilitate multiple discussions on leading the new normal and the future of work. But this time, I wasn’t in a hotel ballroom surrounded by people, I was front of a screen in my office with a virtual background.
In 2021, I had the great pleasure of being interviewed for the Future of Leadership Conference by Alison Hill from Pragmatic Thinking. So much fun and such a great conference and cause, with all proceeds going to Hands Across the Water to support orphans in Thailand. The pivot to virtual brought about by the pandemic was a great success with great interaction from the delegates.
Panels
In 2020, I was honoured to be invited to speak on a panel for the Women in Finance QLD Connect event “Future of Work – 2021 and Beyond.” Despite so much uncertainty, at the end of the end of the day, all our perspectives were aligned – 2020 was the worst of times and the best of times, ultimately everything would be ok, and we were all aligned that the future of work was all about connection and heart based leadership. So much to talk about on a very, very hot summers day.
