Where personal leadership and organisational courage meet

Keynotes & Events

I deliver high-impact keynotes designed for the new world of work, where the old leadership model no longer holds.

These sessions challenge performative leadership, unpack the identity shift required of modern leaders, and explore what it truly takes to build trust, courage, and sustainable performance in complex environments.

In addition to keynote speaking, I curate and host executive leadership events and conversations that bring senior leaders together to engage with what matters most, alignment, integrity, courage, and the future of work, in spaces designed for depth, connection, and lasting impact.

Keynotes

I speak on the leadership shift required for this era, where authority must be grounded, performance must be sustainable, and culture is a strategic advantage, not a HR initiative.

My keynotes combine commercial insight with human truth. They are energising, practical, and designed to create immediate movement. Expect depth. Expect clarity. Expect courage.

Signature keynotes:

The Leadership Identity Shift — Why the old leadership model is obsolete and what the new era requires. The leaders who transform organisations are not the ones with the best strategy. They are the ones willing to be changed by the work.

Truth, Trust and High Performance — The real mechanics of culture, performance, and retention. Why most culture programmes fail, and what actually drives the trust that makes high performance sustainable.

Sustainable High Performance — How to lead results without burnout, culture debt, or self-abandonment. What it takes to build organisations that perform and endure.

Courageous Conversations — How leaders build trust, accountability, and momentum through what they are willing to say. The conversations you are avoiding are the ones your organisation needs most.

Each keynote is tailored to your audience and context.

Executive Events

I curate and host invitation-led gatherings for senior leaders, particularly senior women, designed as intentional spaces for depth, truth, and strategic connection.

Something happens when accomplished leaders gather without armour. Perspective sharpens. Confidence strengthens. Isolation dissolves. And influence expands.

These events are not networking for visibility. They are curated conversations for leaders who want to think bigger, lead braver, and build alliances that last.

Executive Women in Leadership Dinners

Curated, invitation-led gatherings for senior women shaping organisations, industries, and the future of work. Each dinner brings together a carefully selected group across sectors for candid conversation about leadership, complexity, identity, and growth. In these rooms, the armour comes off and the conversations that actually matter begin.

Calexico Connects x Naomi White

An exclusive Executive Women gathering in partnership with Nicky Charman at her Calexico boutique in Brisbane. Over forty accomplished businesswomen came together for an evening that moved quickly from social to strategic, sharing real challenges, growth ambitions, and leadership reflections.

The Power Lunch

A curated monthly gathering of senior women from across Australia and internationally. Small groups, intentionally diverse, designed for depth rather than visibility. Honest dialogue about leadership, growth, pressure, ambition, and the realities behind the titles.

Conferences and Panels

I chair, facilitate, and speak on panels and at conferences exploring the future of leadership, culture, and work.

Previous engagements include chairing the HRD Australia HR Summit Brisbane, speaking at the Future of Leadership conference series with Pragmatic Thinking, and contributing to the Women in Finance QLD Connect panel on the future of work.

Whether in person or virtual, the intent is the same: to create meaningful, high-level conversations about what leadership demands now and what comes next.

Networking Events

During my years as a senior executive, I was immersed in delivery, travel, and the demands of leadership and motherhood. Like many leaders, connection beyond my immediate circle became a luxury I quietly sacrificed.

When I stepped out on my own, I recognised how much I had missed the depth of strategic conversation, honest reflection, and meaningful connection with peers who truly understood the pressure of senior leadership.

That realisation became the catalyst for creating executive leadership events, particularly for senior women, designed as intentional spaces for depth, truth, and influence.

Something powerful happens when accomplished women come together without armour. Ideas sharpen. Confidence strengthens. Isolation dissolves. And influence expands.

These events are not networking for the sake of visibility. They are curated conversations for leaders who want to think bigger, lead braver, and build meaningful alliances that last.

Calexico Connects X Naomi White

This is an exclusive Executive Women gathering in partnership with Nicky Charman at her Calexico boutique in Brisbane.

The intention was simple but powerful: to create space for senior women to reset, reconnect, and think expansively. In a year defined by pressure and uncertainty, we knew that energy and clarity were strategic advantages.

We brought together over forty accomplished businesswomen for an intimate evening of conversation, insight, and connection. Set against a private fashion showcase, the room quickly shifted from social to strategic, as women shared real challenges, growth ambitions, and leadership reflections.

Because when senior women gather in high-trust environments, something shifts. Perspective sharpens, confidence strengthens, and momentum builds.

This event was designed as more than networking. It was a curated space for influential women to pause, reflect, and recalibrate their leadership in a season of change. The result was depth, candour, and connection that extended far beyond the evening itself.

The Power Lunch

The Power Lunch began as a curated monthly gathering of senior women from across Australia and internationally, designed to connect leaders who would not ordinarily share a table.

Hosted in small, carefully selected groups, these conversations were intentionally intimate and strategically diverse. Different industries. Different perspectives. Shared ambition.

The focus was not networking for visibility, but connection for depth. Honest dialogue about leadership, growth, pressure, ambition, and the realities behind the titles.

I called it The Power Lunch because that’s what it is: the power of intentional connection, courageous conversation, and influential women thinking together.

Executive Women in Leadership Dinners

The Executive Women in Leadership Dinners are curated, invitation-led gatherings for senior women who are shaping organisations, industries, and the future of work.

These are not networking events in the traditional sense. They are high-trust rooms designed for depth, perspective, and influence.

Each dinner brings together a carefully selected group of accomplished women across sectors. Different industries, different experiences, shared ambition. The intention is to create space for candid conversation about leadership, complexity, identity, growth, and the realities behind the titles.

In these rooms, the armour comes off. Conversations move quickly beyond small talk to the questions that actually matter. How do we lead without burning out? How do we expand influence without self-abandonment? How do we build power that is grounded and aligned?

What emerges is more than connection. It is clarity, confidence, and momentum. And alliances that extend well beyond the evening.

Because when senior women gather in intentional, high-trust environments, influence expands and leadership deepens.

Conferences and Panels

Chairing the HRD Australia HR Summit Brisbane – virtually.

I was invited to return for a second time to chair and facilitate the HRD Australia HR Summit Brisbane, leading discussions on what modern leadership demands in times of complexity and change.

The format had shifted. The ballroom was replaced by a screen. But the questions were more urgent than ever. What does leadership look like now? How do we build trust at scale? What does sustainable performance require in a rapidly evolving world?

In 2021, I was interviewed by Alison Hill from Pragmatic Thinking as part of the conference series, exploring the leadership identity shift required in this new era. The event brought together leaders from across industries, with proceeds supporting Hands Across the Water and its work with vulnerable children in Thailand.

Whether in person or virtual, the intent remains the same: to create meaningful, high-level conversations about the future of work, culture, and leadership.

Panels

I was honoured to be invited to speak on the Women in Finance QLD Connect panel exploring “The Future of Work – 2021 and Beyond.”

The conversation centred on what leadership requires in times of uncertainty and accelerated change. While perspectives varied across industries, we were aligned on one fundamental truth: the future of work is not just structural. It is human.

Connection, trust, emotional maturity, and courageous leadership are no longer optional. They are commercial imperatives.

Even in the heat of a Queensland summer, the energy in the room reflected something deeper, a shared recognition that leadership was being redefined in real time.

The discussion reinforced what I continue to see across sectors: the organisations that thrive are led by people willing to evolve their leadership identity, to combine commercial rigour with humanity and clarity.
