Executive Coaching

Ask yourself – Are you ready to change your paradigm and drive positive change?  Are you tired of doing things the way they’ve always been done and know it’s time to do it differently?

I help you get clear on what you want and make it a reality.  I help you drive positive change.  I help you think and act differently and more powerfully.  I help you see the possibilities in your business that perhaps you couldn’t see before, and I can show you the simple steps to switch that possibility on.

I am passionate about creating workplaces where there is a discernible energy –a buzz or excitement.  It’s infectious, and your customers can feel it too.  Everyone deserves to love where they work and what they do.  And when you’ve got that, you see the positive impact on your balance sheet.

I walk beside you, helping you to lead in a different way so that you can reap the rewards – taking yourself and your business to a new brilliant level of success – the type of success others talk about.

Our time on the planet is limited.  What is the legacy you want to leave?  What is the life you want to live?  What kind of leader do you want to be?  How do you wish to be remembered?

CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders

Executive mentoring for CEO’s, leaders and entrepreneurs who wish to reset the way they lead and manage, to experience more joy and impact, to drive their businesses to higher levels of performance and more success.

I mentor CEOs, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs to create powerful businesses by resetting how they lead, structure, and run their business.

Women in Leadership

Executive coaching for women wanting to step into their power and influence, and lead and communicate with greater confidence and impact.

I coach and mentor female executives and leaders who want to propel their careers forward by stepping into their authenticity and power, and lead with more confidence and impact.

Leaders are leaders.  But whether we like it or not, many women are brought up with subtle messaging that is different from men – reinforcing their role in service of others, embedding the message that ‘good girls’ get rewarded, and labelling assertive women who prioritise themselves as selfish and aggressive. Then there’s the importance of ‘likeability’ for the success of female professionals, the scrutiny on how a woman looks and presents herself, and the ‘superwoman’ expectations for combining work and motherhood.  This sets an unachievable standard for woman and the pressure to seem to have it all together takes its toll.  No wonder so many women are resigning and our gender diversity statistics in Australia still have a long way to go before we hit equity.

To help female leaders to feel in control and propel themselves to the next level, it is important to acknowledge their unique challenges and help them get clear in four important areas so they can get the outdated belief systems out of the way:

  1. Identity – who they are and who they were before they took on the role they play in their life. A clear identity gives a woman strength.
  2. Purpose – the unique gifts that they were born with and the reason they’re here on the planet. With a clear purpose as a beacon to follow, all decisions are anchored back and there’s less chance of straying off path. A clear purpose gives a woman confidence.
  3. Power – knowing their worth and standing strong. Many women inadvertently give their power away by allowing others to make decisions for them. Stepping into their power is grounding.
  4. Self care – Prioritising health and wellbeing, making time for whatever keeps them fit in mind, body and spirit. In my experience, women who ruthlessly make time for self care, and treat themselves with loving kindness, are the exception rather than the norm. Prioritising self care gives a woman resilience.

Once we’re clear in these areas, we can focus on creating more impact, influence and success.

HR Leaders

Executive mentoring for HR/People and Culture leaders accountable for driving transformational change, helping them to gain more traction and have greater influence and impact.

I coach and mentor HR/People and Culture Leaders to drive transformational change in their organisations, leading and communicating with impact, to gain organisational traction and respect.

HR has a unique but difficult role in an organisation.  They are one of the few functions to have a birds eye view across the organisation, with the ability to see trends and patterns, and are often privy to contextual and strategic information that others are not.  This makes them well placed to be seen as valuable and highly influential in their company.  But they are also often operating behind the scenes, fighting to get a voice and seat at the table, with limited budgets and resourcing, outdated systems and ambitious targets.

With the unique business, leadership and cultural challenges provided by the pandemic, this is HR’s time to shine. I work with HR to empower them to demonstrate their value, show their strategic contribution, influence with impact, and communicate in a way that moves their career and the organisation forward.  This is definitely the time for HR to step into their power and lead.  HR has an opportunity to drive significant change to their organisational culture, operating model, and the future of work, to create a differentiated and compelling employee value proposition that brings people back together.

Leadership Advisory

Even the best teams and leaders need help, advice and guidance sometimes.  There is power in engaging someone outside of the organisation for a fresh perspective.

Perhaps you need your strategy day facilitated.  Or perhaps you need support to align your leadership team around what matters most.

I enable leaders and leadership teams to set the strategy, plan for change, including cultural and behaviour change, disrupt the status quo, and deliver success. Support looks different for everyone but may involve strategy, facilitation and design, people risk management, or even agreeing and mobilising leadership behaviours for profitability and growth.  Get in touch if I can support your business and leadership teams to be more successful.
